Autism Accessibility in the Workplace

Autism Accessibility

People with Autism face many challenges and barriers on a daily basis; from sensory stimulation to anxieties around social interactions. Thus, engaging in employment can be a huge difficulty for many people with Autism. 80% of people with Autism are either unemployed or underemployed. 77% of those unemployed are actively seeking employment and each person with Autism applies for six times more jobs than neurotypicals before obtaining employment.
